All Change

Buy this one when switching tenants

Condos: $500

Freeholds: $600

There’s a lot to do when one tenant moves out and another moves in. This package covers:

  • Moving inspections

  • Coordinating cleaning service

  • Coordinating painting as well as all the “little” things like light bulb changes, appliance checks etc.

  • Collecting and providing keys

Prices are for properties within the Greater Toronto Area and do not include tax

We can help.

At the cost of one month’s rent, we’ll screen tenants using reference, credit and employment checks to match the right tenant with your property. To ensure both owner and tenant are protected, we’ll set up an Ontario Standard Lease agreement. Let us take care of this.
